We are going to compete in the North American, European-African, Asian-Pacific, and Latin American markets with Branded, Private-Label, and Internet products using an think Business direct strategy of low-cost leadership by producing shoes at a lower cost than our competitors. Developing Our SCA
1. Return on Equity
For our branded, private-label, and internet markets we intend to maximize revenues by lowering the price of our products, which should increase our guest base. In state to minimize costs, we plan to minimize toil costs and import tariffs. We besides plan to repurchase a portion of the shares outstanding in later years. These efforts should maximize our consecrate on equity.
2. Labor Costs
Our strategy focuses on lowering production costs, which includes the cost of labor. We plan to boost productivity and decrease rejection rank at each plant, which consequently should lower the number of workers needed. Functional Level Strategy
We have decided to focus on HR and Operations as we build our SCA. On the HR available level, we plan to increase worker productivity by utilizing stovepipe Practices Training. On the Operations functional level, we intend to reduce the contribution of pairs rejected by reducing the number of models produced. We have also decided to build a European-African plant in evidence to reduce the cost of import tariffs on shipments to the European-African warehouse.
