Organizational Culture of Starbucks
The organizational goal of Starbucks begins with their mission statement. It continues with external communication via interaction with vendors, community involvement, and supporting customer feedback on service and ideas for improvement.

They meet this mission by buying these environmentally friendly products. This includes coffee beans freehanded under the canopy, even though the growth is slower; and then preserving the canopy and the life it supports. A second example would be that 98% of coffee bean suppliers ar subatomic farms.
Of these, 100% of the small farm children attend school; thus, improving their lives (Starbucks Coffee Company, 2012, Goals & Progress: Ethical Sourcing, para. 5). This communicates by their actions that they are serious about their mission statement.
Additionally, in the mission statement, Starbucks states that we dispense our responsibility to be good neighbors seriously.
