In the world there ar Organizations and figures that have major orbiculate impact but ar not considered governmental figures or organizations. When intercommunicate about the media, there are very few non-state actors with a big global and national influence than Oprah Winfrey. Oprah is one of the closely prestigious and wealthy individuals in the United States. Since the United States is the media jacket of the world, her view on a particular issue hobo indirectly shape those of many people worldwide. PETA is one of the largest non-profit non-state actors in America. The organization is a result from thousands of Americans with similar views in animal rights. In general, PETA members are against the use of animals for any reason, including consumption and experimentation.
