As I offer down the streets of New Orleans, I am bombarded with the pulsing sounds and sights of the agile city. A degenerate man sways as his coal fingers handle the keys of a Saxophone, its whining sound cuts through the crowd. I observe the stunned faces around him, as they listen in amazement. Out of the quoin of my eye, I see an elaborate trailer truck being pulled by a white horse. I can overhear the carriage driver informing the passengers of the citys history. There is a pungent essence of stale beer hanging in the air, while the St. Louis Cathedral, with its Spanish architecture, overlooks the city. The french Quarter is swarming with vendors lined up behind tables selling handmade crafts and t-shirts. Groups of bead wearing friends are going in the shops and bar that line the streets. As I look above, I reveal balconies exuberant of people observing the citys scenery.
Colorful fortune tellers and handle readers eagerly walk amongst the crowd ready to tell ones future. As I look onward, I notice the Cafe Du Monde. In the Cafe Du Monde, a French Cajun accented waitress delivers beignets cover in mounds of powdered sugar to the tables.
New Orleans is a city that consists of both beauty and repulsiveness. Poverty, alcoholism, and voodoo witchcraft are amongst the many sights and practices that can be seen on a occasional basis. The beautiful cathedrals, live music, and great food are what communicate me to the city. New Orleans has its own personality and loads of subtlety and that is the reason it is my favorite place. If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website: Ordercustompaper.com
