PROJECT SUMMARY:
As it is understood, your company will be implementing a new companywide accordance formation. In order for this project to be successful all(a) managers throughout the company will be required to successfully complete a minimum of 10 hours of training on the use of the new platform as well as the new compliance policies that will be introduced. This training needs to be hands-on and in person. In addition to a centralized training for all management, there must be evaluations and feedback from participants that will determine the overall effectiveness of the training sessions. I have been contracted to develop and outline a image for this proposed project.
PROJECT STAKEHOLDERS:
Stakeholders of this project are to include all headspring officers, company managers, employees, and customers.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
The objectives of this project will be to efficaciously train all managers in the new compliance corpse and compliance policies. Also all participants will give feedback to be documented for purposes of evaluating the training process.



Implementing a new compliance system will annex the efficiency of complying with company, and governmental policies. This will ideally save the company money through operational expense, and increase overall satisfaction of customers and employees through product quality, and environmental impact, and safety.
valuation OF SUCCESS:
Success of this project will be fixed through the Measurable organizational Value (MOV). The MOV will clear state how this project will provide value to the organization, and shock the requirements set in the MOV will determine the success of the project.
