Before entering into a new market, there are several important factors need to be considered to make the ripe(p) decision. These factors are political, economic environment, technological, socio-cultural, ecological, and legal environment of the country because these factors could charter tremendous impact on the business. The aim of this report is to probe these factors to make the right strategy for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts to enter into Norse market. The result of the analysis shows that there are more compulsory facts than negative facts for Fairmont to enter into Norway.
