First, epoch its summer the weather is hot, sunny and bright people ar happier and bind things done. Personally, I dont like the Arizona sun, but I love the normal sunny day we rarely get in Arizona. I usually take turns out of know blissful and ready to start up my day and if its cold I lie on my bed wishing it was night again and constantly pressing the short sleep button. So does it mean I like the hot weather? Well, I noticed my mood would change each season and some time it wouldnt be the same mood I would obligate last year. For instance, I get those days where my political machine is not parked in the garage and when I get in my car it would be burning hot. I get angry and extremely annoyed. For some people hotter weather condition especially during the summer lowers our mood intensity and often times results to irritation, frustration and annoyance.
However, while a sunny day have its ups and downs we still cant deny that we can do so much more than in sunny days like go for panics, camping, or play sports. I eat less and exercise more just because my mood is more motivated and it is believed that warm weather has positive and encouraging consequence to our mental health condition. Warmer weather brings cheery automatic teller and pleasant feeling around us. For kids, warm weather signifies the start of summer season. It pith end of classes, no assignments, seatwork and project to rush. It means a fun vacation to beautiful beaches or hikes on the mountains.
