Challenging Behavior
1. I was babysitting my brother angiotensin-converting enzyme night and he;s the type of boy that doesnt like to do what hes told. I came into the living room to see him to pick up his stuff all over. He didnt do it (after asking a couple of times). So I shut off the TV. He freaked out because, he started scream and swearing and throwing things. Before this all happened, he was moreover observance TV. In the living room, I was in the kitchen. When my brothers way occurred, I was there along with my brother and my other brother and sister. His demeanour was out of control. He just started yelling, screaming and throwing things. He move to turn the TV. Back on, but when I wouldnt allow him he got even more mad.
It was a challenging doings because you cant talk to him when hes like that, he will just essay to hit you or something if you come near him. Nothing was make really. He eventually calmed down and picked up his stuff and then went back to watching TV. My parents came home later and talked to him about it. He agreed that he would start picking up his stuff.
2. I worked in a retirement home in the kitchen.
I found that sometimes it was hard to deal with the nonmigratorys when they didnt lack what was on the menu or any of the substitutes that we had. One after noonday around suppertime a resident didnt pauperization what was on the menu and didnt want the substitutes either. Their behavior dark pretty mean pretty quick. Before this behavior began the lunch room was filled with people talking amongst themselves. The lunchroom had all the residents in it plus the kitchen staff. The residents behavior was loud and they were not being understanding. The resident was yelling and telling us that they didnt want anything we had, they just wanted what they wanted. This particular time was a challenging behavior because the resident was getting even more mad as time went on.
