I sometimes feel wish I am the most pendant and experienced, I sometimes considers my views to be most valid, and its not like I lacks confidence in others abilities, I just fate every thing to be perfect. When we are talking about democratic leadership, were really not referring to a democratic leader that holds political office such as a senator. Were talking about a leadership style that exhibits the characteristics of being democratic.
