Fletching (FLETCH): the most important research in this game. This research effects moreover ranges units (wall mounted crossbows, catapults, ballistas, and archers).
Alloy outfit (AH): People forget about this research all the time. If you excogitate on being effective with HC, you must view as level 10 AH. If HC are used with AH lower than lvl 10….. it give take them 4 rounds to dash off the first ballista or catapult. If you devour AH 10, HC begin eat uping bals and cats in the 3rd round.
So what is AH? Alloy horseshoes increases the speed of siege, LC, and HC.
This means that not only do these units manifest across the map faster, they also march in battle faster. By being faster, they cover the quad to other units faster. This allows them to get into range faster, and thus have duplication rounds of fire.
This applies not only to HC, but also to siege. Lets say individual attacks you with 200k cats. You have no cats in your city, but do have 450k ballista.
If you have FLETCH 11 and AH 10, you lose. Here is how the battle plays out:
Rd1: Cats kill 200k bals, bals out of range
Rd2: Cats kill 200k bals, bals out of range
Rd3: Cats kill 50k bals, bals kill 50k cats
150k Cats remain.
