The philosophical step up that I have chosen is Death Penalty. The final stage penalisation is used when a person is found guilty of iniquity usually death penalty. I intend to e debate if the death penalty is ethical, unethical, or murder. Some crimes that argon committed stool an emotional desire for executing the offender, because of the nature of the crime and the psychic trauma that it brings to the victims family. The death penalty cost the taxpayers more than money than it does to keep an inmate alive and in prison house for bread and butter. The death penalty is legal in most states. lethal injection is used in most death penalties.

My determine on the death penalty is that is unethical and that it is murder. I disaccord with the death penalty for publicy reasons. The death penalty is opinionated by a judge and a jury of dozen of the accused peers. Although at that place are lawyers who defend the accused and there is evidence to try and prove guilt there are times that the evidence is circumstantial. The death penalty is murder to me. The man or woman is strapped to a gurney and lethally injected which is supposed to cause agile death.



Lethal injection in my opinion is no unalike from assisted death or assisted suicide. The death penalty in no way helps neither the victims family nor the accused family. Either way both families have woolly a loved one.
