In my case I had the possibility for an internship near the Human Resources Department at the National Bank. In this kind of internship students gain some real life experience, and adopt how able they are to fit in a regulate environment. They to a fault get a chance to learn to a greater extent about the banking system. In my case, my desire was to grasp the basic concepts of work in Albanian as the University of New York Tirana every syndicate is in English and no Albanian experience is offered.
